Greensomes Matchplay is a game for teams of two where both partners drive and they choose the best drive and then play alternate shots for the rest of hole as in foursomes. Played from the White tees. For handicap matchplay, take the combined handicaps of both teams and the lower pair gives half of the difference. eg Player A Handicap 8, Player B handicap 20 versus Player C handicap 12, Player D handicap 24. Gives Team 1 = 28; Team 2 = 36. (28-36=8) This gives Team B 4 strokes.
