TERMS OF REFERENCE FOR KINLOSS GOLF SOCIETY - RAFSGL TEAM CAPTAIN

1. The RAFSGL Team Captain is responsible to the OIC KGS for all matters relating to KGS participation in the RAF Scotland Golf League. He has the following specific duties in relation to League events:

a. Publicising match dates in Messes and at Forres Golf Club.

b. Selecting teams to represent RAF Kinloss in the RAF Scotland Golf League.

c. Arranging transport for away matches.

d. Reserving tee times for home fixtures.

e. Booking meals for home fixtures.

f. Collecting match fees for all matches and passing monies promptly to the KGS Treasurer.

g. Publicising through the PEd staff, match results and league standing throughout the year.

h. Submitting match results to the RAF Scotland Golf League Secretary.
