TERMS OF REFERENCE FOR KINLOSS GOLF SOCIETY - RAF MATCH SECRETARY

1. The RAF Match Secretary is responsible to the OIC KGS for the organisation and coordination of all RAF Kinloss representative matches, excluding RAF SGL fixtures. Particular duties are as follows:

a. He is to ensure that the RAF Kinloss teams are promulgated in advance of any fixture.

b. Ensure that arrangements are made for accommodating and feeding visiting teams.

c. Ensure that travel arrangements for any away representative events are confirmed.

d. Ensure that teams representing the Station are entered for all competitions for which the Station is eligible.

e. He is responsible to the OIC for the selection of teams to represent the Station. Selection of any teams is to be approved by the entire committee.

f. Ensure that any meal and transport requirements are submitted to the P Ed O.

g. Attending committee meetings as promulgated.

h. Ensure that all representative matches, excluding RAFSGL fixtures, are promulgated in SRO's and entered in the P Ed O's Station Sports Diary for insurance purposes.
