TERMS OF REFERENCE FOR DEPUTY OIC KINLOSS GOLF SOCIETY

1. The Deputy OIC is responsible to the OIC.

2. The Deputy OIC KGS is to represent the OIC, in his absence, on all matters concerning the KGS with respect to the KGS and the KGS Committee.

3. The Deputy OIC KGS is to represent the OIC, in his absence, on all matters concerning the KGS with respect to the RAF Golf Association and in liaison with Command representatives.

4. The Deputy OIC KGS is to represent the OIC, in his absence, on all matters concerning the KGS with respect to the Forres Golf Club Council and the Management Committee, or its successor, of Forres Golf Course (Muiryshade). He is to represent the OIC in his absence on any subsidiary committees to which the OIC may be appointed.
